We are proud to announce that Being Bees and Junbi Matcha will be joining together to promote our up-and-coming franchised store. This Summer, a sister company of Being Bees will open the first Junbi store in Orange County at Culver Plaza, Irvine. Now is the perfect time to experience new flavors with the premium Japanese matcha of Junbi paired with our U.S. Grade A honey. Both Being Bees and Junbi will be at the Modern Makers Mart’s event on this Saturday, June 10th, at the Woodbury Town Center, 6460 Irvine Boulevard #6200, Irvine, CA 92620 from 10am - 4pm.
Last time at the Modern Makers Mart, Being Bees joined an incredible crowd of vendors at the Woodbury Town Center pop-up event in Irvine. Despite the light rain, we were able to make some new friends and spread our love for the bees.
We got a chance to catch up with Maria, the pop-up promoter, who described that, “Modern Makers Mart is a market that specializes in hand-made and curated vendors and small businesses.” We also checked out their shop, Vintage Renewals (@vrinstashop). With a focus on sustainable fashion, all of their products are made from upcycled fabrics. This shop owner said that she loves trying out new honey flavors and variants to treat an itchy throat or as a sugar substitute.
While we believe our products to be some of the best tasting honey around, our customer says it comes with incredible benefits. One of our new friends from WHIIMSIE (@whiimsiecandles) said that they use California sourced honey to ease her allergies. We showed her our California native variants, giving her six options to choose from. Her favorite of the day was our best-seller: Orange Blossom honey.
